Arts & Culture Satisfaction Survey
We need your help! The Arts & Culture Alliance of Heartland Visioning has created a short survey. We are hoping to gain insight into the satisfaction of our community as it
relates to the arts so that we can create benchmarks. This survey also explores
how our community finds out about arts events, which will be a key component to
